Chew and grow thin?

The Chinese scientists from Harbin medical university could prove experimentally that the careful chewing of food helps to grow thin, — Rejter shares referring to edition American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Whether the group of researchers under the direction of Tsze has invited to take part in experiment of 14 full and 16 men with normal weight. To all of them have suggested to eat a standard portion of a breakfast.
While participants ate, scientists watched with what diligence the food is chewed, fixed level of hormones which are responsible for appetite, a sugar indicator in blood.
It was found out that the long chewing of food basically affects balance of hormones. If the person chews each slice of food more than 40 times then the bowl of scales is declined in favour of hormone ССК which suppresses appetite. Otherwise, in blood the raised level ghrelin is fixed, which appetite stimulates.
According to theoretical calculations of scientists if to try to chew diligently each time food it on the average will help to grow thin in a year more than for 11 kgs. Though in practice this figure can appear less as the food which does not demand a chewing, for example, soups, Ice Cream, etc. was not considered
