Conditions, in which dews the person, are fixed at DNA level

According to the Canadian scientists from University Makgilla, children's experience is printed at genetic level. First of all it is a question of social and economic conditions in which the person grew, — in the article researchers share with readers of magazine International Journal of Epidemiology.

To such conclusion researchers have come after studying metilnyh the rests collecting on reguljatornyh zones. It is known that metilirovanie DNA is a phenomenon part epigeneticheskogo inheritance. In genetics metilirovanie the nitrogenous bases it is used for change of activity of genes.
As experimental, 40 45-year-old men have been chosen from several thousand persons. Behind them conducted supervision within the limits of other socially-medical experiment. Mainly scientists men at whom the childhood was either very difficult, or very good interested.
Studying of DNA of volunteers has allowed to establish metilnye "jags" which correspond to good social and economic conditions, in which dews the person, and bad. It was thus found out that in the childhood updatings 1252 reguljatornye zones, and at more mature age – 545 have undergone. It is indicative also that prometilirovannye DNA-sites have been grouped in klastery that testifies in favour of long-term adaptation.
